Carpenter Nature Writing Workshop
Join us Saturday, October 1st at the Carpenter Nature Center for a full-day nature writing workshop. We will meet in The Lodge building at 9:00am. You are free to arrive before 9:00am and enjoy the grounds/get settled. A sample itinerary is below for the day and will be updated the closer we get to the event. We have room for 12 writers, if you are interested in joining, fill out the contact form below to register and inquire on open spots. Potluck breakfast and lunch. Leslie Thomas will present a short history on the St. Croix River Valley; followed by a writing session.
Morning Forest Bathing
Led by a recent graduate of the MN Master Naturalist Program, through Carpenter Nature trails for one-hour.
Group Share
Optional afternoon group sharing and workshop hour. Feel free to share something new or revised from the Belwin writing workshop.
